First of all I would like to apologize for taking soooooo long to update! I've been extremely busy and sleep deprived this entire week. With that said, I decided I am going to do a recap of what's been going on these past few days.
1. If you've been following my
http://annyder.blogspot.ca/ blog, you know I have been working on a blazer in my construction class. Well, finally after many...many...many long hours and a few tears I can finally say I am
DONE!
2. The second picture is my oldest Aunt's iron. Its from the 70s and is so old school that you need to have a wet cloth over whatever you are pressing or else it will burn right through! Luckily there was no accidents!
1. A favorite snack of mine these past few days. Its so yummy and simple. All you need is a slice of bread toasted. For this snack I prefer to use bread you find in Asian Bakeries, its slightly sweeter. Butter the toast and if you are watching your weight...just butter it cause there is no alternative! It's just not the same without the butter! Then add your favorite jam. I used raspberry jam, cause its my favorite. Then finish it off with a drizzle of sweet condense milk! Lovely.
2. A new breakfast joint that opened up. It's called Cora, here is the link
http://www.chezcora.com/home If you love everything about breakfast then definitely give it a try. They serve an abundance amount of fruit and it almost looks too pretty to eat!
1. My brother's hobby has been making his own, custom hockey socks. He basically took apart one of his own socks, made a template, made some adjustments, cut out of the fabric, and I helped him sew it. If you're wondering why the right sock looks so beat up, its because I sewed that one...boo. And my Aunt sewed the left one.
2. Ever wonder what a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup milkshake would taste like? Treat yourself to Jugo Juice's new PB & Chocolate smoothie and you'll know. Its made with low-fat frozen yogurt, chocolate almond beverage and all-natural peanut butter and bananas. It taste amazing and best of all you won't feel guilty when drinking down to the last drop!
This is the root to my lack of sleep. A project in my Fashion Awareness class. I completely underestimated how long it would take me and I had to hand it in a day late 'sad face'
Anyways, that's what has been going on this past week. Hope you enjoyed! Until next time, Happy Easter!
