Birthdays Are Fun

Birthdays are fun, espeically when you get to doll up and not feel over dressed. Lately, I've been a hermit and haven't been going out as often, bumming around the house in my PJs. Last Saturday I finally got a chance to get out of the house and celebrate my cousin's birthday. It also gave me the oppertunity to wear my new bangles and vintage ring.

Oh, by the way...ignore my hairy arms haha. Its still winter, so i'm a little behind in the waxing department. 

       

I am absolutely in love with this clutch. I remember digging through my Mother's closet when I was in Elementary school and found it too "old lady" like. Just a few months ago, I came across it and I fell in love. The clutch is a maroon color with a simple yet elegant clasp. As if it came straight from a 1950's movie. I asked my mom where she bought it, and she couldn't remember, "somewhere in Asia," was her response. It's almost forty years old and its in really good condition.
